We have developed an internship program which builds the bridge between Accounting  studies and employment.

In this program our interns receive advanced training, as well as work experience!

2014 Schedule

PART 1 – Accounting with GST 
Commence: TBC
9.30am – 4.30pm

Areas Covered: (Training & Work Experience)

  • Setting-up a new business
  • GST Fundamentals
  • Processing everyday accounts
  • End of Period Reconciliations
  • BAS Reporting


PART 2 – Payroll Management
Prerequisite: Successful Completion of Part 1

Commence: TBC
Times: 9.30am – 4.30pm 

Areas covered: (Training & Work Experience)

  • Processing pays
  • Taxes
  • Superannuation
  • Awards & Current Legislation
  • Reconciling & processing adjustments
  • Payment Summaries/End of Year Process


PART 3 – Management Accounting
Prerequisite: Successful Completion of Part 2

Commencement: TBC
Times: 9.30am – 4.30pm 

Areas covered: (Training & Work Experience)

  • Inventory Management
  • Financial Reporting
  • Budgets
  • Cash flow

At the end of the program our interns receive a letter of reference from our director outlining the interns achievements and key strengths for any future employer.

The invaluable experience of an internship will increase your confidence, English capabilities, understanding of work ethics and skill base but most importantly it will dramatically improve and enhance your opportunities for successful employment.

Many of our past interns are now working in the Accounting industry.
